We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Campaigns Team in an entry-level position with clear opportunities for rapid progression for the right candidate.
In this role, you will play a key part in researching and sourcing prospective attendees for our events. You will identify senior-level executives who match our clients’ specific criteria, using online research tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, and industry directories. Your work will be fundamental to ensuring the quality and relevance of every event we deliver.
This is a full time, remote working role, however it is essential that you are within an easy commute of central London. As you will be helping to run our UK events plus the possibility of assisting in Europe, so some travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities
– Research and identify senior executives across a range of industries and markets
– Source prospective event attendees based on client requirements
– Using LinkedIn, Xing, internet and industry databases to build targeted prospect lists
– Maintain accurate records and campaign data
– Support the wider Campaigns Team in delivering high-quality international events
– Contribute to the overall success and relevance of event attendee programmes
Requirements & Skills
– Strong research and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
– Confident written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
– Self-motivated, proactive, and professional, with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve success
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
– Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, LinkedIn, and online research tools
– Creative yet analytical in approach, with the ability to deliver high-quality results
– Eager to learn, develop, and progress within a fast-paced business environment
– Previous research or events industry experience is beneficial but not essential
– Additional European language skills such as Dutch, French, German, or Swedish would be an advantage
