Initial Salary | £25-£28,000, depending on experience

We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join our Campaigns Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with senior executives across a wide range of industries, using outreach channels including email campaigns, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
 
With full ownership of your campaigns, you will have the autonomy to manage activity, drive engagement, and deliver results while supporting the successful delivery of our events.
 
This is a remote role, but candidates should be based within easy commuting distance of central London.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
– Build and manage relationships with senior-level executives across multiple industries
– Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
– Manage campaigns from initial outreach through to event participation
– Maintain accurate records and campaign reporting
– Work closely with internal teams to support event delivery and attendee engagement
– Consistently work towards campaign and attendance targets

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior executives and professionals from leading global organisations
– Positive, passionate, and proactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
– Eager to learn, develop, and adapt to new ideas, with the ability to embrace constructive feedback and turn it into positive results
– Creative yet analytical mindset, with excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering results
– Highly organised, disciplined, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Entrepreneurial mindset with strong determination and drive to succeed
– Collaborative team player who also maintains a competitive and results-oriented approach
– Confident and adaptable when working across unfamiliar cultures and international markets
– Strong research and prospecting skills, combined with effective prioritisation and time management abilities
– High level of competence with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
– Professional, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering high-quality work with honesty and integrity
– Additional European or Nordic language skills such as French, Dutch, German, Swedish, or Danish would be advantageous but are not essential
