Initially an entry level position, the role offers fast promotion for the right person.

 

Working with our Delegate Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for the very important task of researching and sourcing prospective attendees for our events. The research is carried out online using sources such as LinkedIn, Xing and other directories etc. and is all to our customers specific requirements.

 

This data is used by the team for their outreach to invite relevant guests to the events. You will be working extensively with our CRM system and responsible for maintaining existing data.

 

Other aspects to the role include –

 

— The use of social media channels as required to promote our events.
— Responding to incoming enquiries regarding your projects
— Sourcing alternative ways to find and contact prospective delegates

 

This is a full time, remote working role, however it is essential that you are within an easy commute of central London. As you will be helping to run our UK events plus the possibility of assisting in Europe, so some travel may be required.

 

It is imperative that you are able to multi-task as you will be working on several events simultaneously. And good communication skills are a must, as you will be building relationships with senior people at some of the world’s leading companies.

 

If you display the right attributes and skills, then within 3 – 6 months there will the chance to promoted to the role of Delegate Campaign Manager. This forward step would lead to you having responsibility for managing your own event campaigns and outreach.

— A research background is a bonus but not essential, as is events experience.
— Creative yet analytical in approach with an eye for detail and driven to create results.
— Additional European language skills would also be a bonus (Dutch, French, German or Swedish)

 

You will provided with initial training followed by ongoing support and be joining a fun-loving team.
