USA | From Pilots to Profit in the Contact Center

  • VENUE | The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant
  • LOCATION | Chicago, United States
  • DATE | May 2025
  • TOPIC | From Pilots to Profit in the Contact Center

Once again at the historical Chicago Fire House Restaurant, we had the pleasure of the team welcoming us back for a Tech Intelligence Dinner. The Fire House being named as such, is actually a beautifully restored old Fire House for Chicago’s Fire Fighters utilising its experience with fire now serving up Prime Steaks and exceptional Seafood.

This event hosted one of our long-term clients, sharing knowledge on our Pilots become Profit in the Contact Centre and how the largest Enterprises are using AI to drive growth, efficiency and compliance.

World leading organisations had some of their C Suite & Senior Executives such as IT Operations VP, a VP of Global Customer Succes and a Chief Digital Technology Officer openly discuss their problems and success with AI. Along with other executives, they discussed the following key points:

  • How to evaluate underlying technologies for accuracy, security & trust.
  • How to effectively measure ROI for better FCR, lower ACW and of course higher CSAT scores.
  • Understand how primary Use Cases such as a key Food Delivery platform, is automating their contact centre Quality Assurance using Gen AI, conversational intelligence platform to derive insights by analysing customer conversations from all channels.

Whilst this wasn’t my first trip to the Windy City, it sure didn’t disappoint, with exquisite food. Due to the time of year, the weather was also top-tier, utilising a small part of that windy city nature, but and beautiful sunshine on the private veranda directly accessible from the Kimball Parlor.

Feedback when speaking with the guests, is this is a very well-known and loved venue, so having a topic to discuss something of genuine interest to them it was a no brainer to attend such a wonderful opportunity.
